Hi there! I'm Jos, a Service Designer, Design Lead and proud Frisian working across strategy, services and enterprise platforms. I thrive in complex environments where journeys, teams, technology, ownership and governance have become disconnected, making it difficult to see where problems originate or how meaningful change should happen.
I bring those elements together into coherent service systems. By connecting user needs with organisational structures, technology and decision-making, I turn complexity into clear direction, shared foundations and scalable ways of working that teams can act on.
